- Welcome Video – Create a welcome video (direct and short)
- Send a Gift – Consider sending a branded hat or t-shirt to client

- Has anyone dropped the ball?
- Does client feel everything running smoothly and on time?
- Gently nudge client for more information or documents they haven’t sent. Face to face request gets a better response
