FAQ's

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level guru now exceeds R100 000.00 plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying your guru when you have work available.

Our experience is that the majority of companies need assistance for a period of about 4 months.

After this period, the changes made are sufficient to warrant a catch-up period of learning the updated systems.

You might be surprised to hear this, but we are actually a consultancy of one. This means you’ll work directly with me.

However, power-up requests such as coding or custom systems are provided by partners.

I would love to be in the situation of having more work than I can handle, but the reality of what I do is that once I have given a client what they request, they usually need (and often demand) time to absorb the changes we have implemented.

This leads to gaps in my calendar while I wait for clients to do and absorb the training I have created and/or recommended.

If, at any stage I become aware of reaching my capacity, then I will inform existing clients and delay the take-on of new clients.

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

What usually occurs, when you identify a need, is that there is a list of items/requests that are required to meet that need.

This is solved by creating a project task list (including start and end dates and times), shared and discussed with you, and then meeting the items one at a time.

The software being used means the times to set up and integrate items is surprisingly quick, however training can take a while if the participants are inexperienced.

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less.

More complex requests will be identified to you and may take longer.

You may, understandably, not have enough work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 30 to 31 day periods. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

There is a lot of flexibility for submitting your requests. Some common ways clients submit requests are directly via chats on Google or ClickUp, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their requests out). Basically, anything is fair game, as long as it reaches me.

No worries! We will chat and agree on either –

  • Revising the software variables until they suit you.
  • Utilise or look for another software option.
  • Uninstall the software.

Absolutely! I do not create custom software. I use existing online (SaaS) solutions and integrate them to each other in order to streamline your workflow.

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return  when you have additional needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

The only risk that you face is one week of paying for my time.

If you decide to cancel your request before any work has been done, then you will receive a refund, but if we have started working already then the standard cancellation policy will stand and you will not receive a refund for what you have already paid.
